Hankuk University of Foreign Studies enters its second half-century with the commitment to provide those who enter her doors with the best possible education in their chosen field of study. We have the responsibility to bring our students into a changing world well equipped to be leaders of the corporate, political and social spheres into which they are heading; equipped to handle the changes that come and equipped to make the changes that need to be made.
The newest area, and one with the greatest potential for educational, industrial and social impact, is the field of information technology. We have plugged the university into the best of both traditional and digital academia to provide our students with the best possible educational facilities. H.U.F.S. has completed three of its self-imposed missions: construction of the infrastructure for effective foreign studies; development of responsive, high-capacity educational management; and the launching of a digital campus. With these facilities, we are teaching our students how to find, filter, and utilize the vast amount information available to them to extend their education and improve their future job performance.
